Sublimity Snow & Skate just picked up local brand Atmosphere. We are proud to support people doing new and original things, especially when it happens right in our own back yard. Browse our site or come in and check it out in person. This is only the beginning of our relationship, there’s plenty more to come.
Insect Skateboards!
posted 2008 Jun by Steph McGilvra
We should be receiving our first order of Insect skateboards in a few weeks. These boards are hand made up in Washington, and carry a good reputation. We are stoked to carry and support another small brand with big ideas. Due to their level of demand the turn around time on most orders is 3-4 weeks. It isn’t instant gratification, but much like LongboardLarry products, it’s worth the wait. If you are curious, check out their web site for more info.
New Decks and more!
posted 2008 Jun by Steph McGilvra
We just got a shipment of Ryane Boards. We have the demon seeds back in stock! They won’t last for long. We also got more Libidos and Hustlers.
New shipments of Girl, Chocolate, Almost, Enjoi, and Blind decks came in today as well.
What happened to all the Airblaster Leg Bags?!?!
posted 2008 Jan by Steph McGilvra
Nothing as of right now…but if you don’t have one now, you had better get one because Airblaster is not going to be making them next year. That means if you decide to get one next year, the only place you will be able to find it will be e-bay, and the action reserve will be at least twice what the suggested retail is. Do yourself a favor and get one now while you still can. We have all colors in stock and ready to ship. Your new Leg Bag will be proof that you were down with Airblaster before they got huge.
New Longboards
posted 2008 Jan by Steph McGilvra
We just picked up a few decks from LongboardLarry in Salem, Oregon. He’s been shaping decks for a while now. Everything is hand made and signed by the shaper much the same way a surf board is. In fact many of his shapes are surf inspired. It’s really cool to step on a board that has rocker instead of camber! If you can, check out his site. We only have a couple of models in stock but we can order you anything he makes, It will just take a little longer since he basically makes them to order.
In-Store Sale!!
posted 2007 Dec by Steph McGilvra
That’s right. We are having a pre-christmas sale. It’s on in-store items, so the sale prices are not reflected on the website. Here’s the breakdown:
Those sale prices are only for a limited time. We also have sale shoes, T-Shirts and other goodies.
The snow season if finally here
posted 2007 Dec by Steph McGilvra
The snow is here, and piling up more and more by the day. We finally have most of everything we have ordered. Boards, Boots Bindings, Outerwear and accessories. We are still missing a few things here and there, but much of that can be attributed to poor shipping on our vendors’ parts. That aside, we are ready for the season, so bring is on!
Blenders? Playing cards? Snowboards? What?

Check out our new profile picture on our myspace page. If the picture confuses you, or you don’t understand the meaning go to our blog on myspace to get the details and the explaination. Corporate snowboarding has a new friend in the kitchen.
On another note: We should be getting a shipment of Kebbek boards late next week. Hairpins, Commishins and more.
Fallen Josh Harmony pro models should be in around the same time. There’s more I am sure, but you will have to come in to see.

Wheels+Shoes
posted 2007 Jun by Steph McGilvra
New in stock this week: Seismic Blast wave wheel. This wheel has less of a lip than the (similar) 77mm speed vent so it will grip a little less and accelerate faster. And who can deny the clear orange looks super sweet?
Scheduled to come in tomorrow are the Globe Magnums in Khaiki Cord. Old school vulcanized style and corduroy together in one great shoe.
Later this week we should have another shipment if Enjoi decks and Darkstar wheels, Girl and Chocolate decks, Royal trucks, Rayne decks and of course our long awaited Lakai order.
Lakai is Coming!
posted 2007 May by Steph McGilvra
That’s right, within the next couple of weeks we will be receiving a shipment of Lakai Shoes and Shirts. Excitment-just in time for summer. And, all I can say is; the stuff they have coming out for fall and holliday shipments looks even better! There’s no denying, Lakai is coming on strong.
Snow Season is over...sorta
posted 2007 Apr by Steph McGilvra
But that doesn’t mean you have to stop thinking about snow. While you were out shreddin’ we were out looking at next years stuff. Every year it’s exciting to see what new trends and gizmos are coming down the pike. Next year’s Burton Hardgoods look to have some of the biggest advancements they have ever made. Speed zone bindings…EST…just to name a few buzz words. There’s plenty from Rome too. How would you like a snowboard base you never have to wax, that adjusts to temprature changes? Sound too good to be true? It’s not.
For next year we picked up Holden outerwear. Holden is technical snowboard gear for people that don’t want to feel like they are wearing snowboard gear. Its’ styling is understated and clean. Best of all it’s designed right here in Portland!
We have already placed all of our orders for next year, so come in and see what we have planned. If there’s something we didn’t order we can always special order it for you.
