Eastside Longboards is a locally owned and operated board manufacturer. Eastside offers a variety of board shapes for everything from cruising to Downhill. Each board is hand laminated using thin plys of ecologically harvested hard maple, birch, and bamboo with a specially formulated non-toxic water-proof glue, and pressed by hand in Portland. Description: Eastside’s most versatile design allowing for both worlds of freeride and downhill. Created as the ultimate setup for long range urban transportation and the cross-town format race. The most amazing feature is the KickTail that you can use to lift the front wheels up over cracks and off curbs, making it very useful and fun to manual and slide with. Comes with a protective Tail Gaurd to preserve the life of the tail. Also features a universal drop-through design allowing for most brands of trucks. Made from a stiff 8ply hard rock maple with a deep bathtub concave and slightly wedged nose (5 degrees) for stability and sharper turns.
